Get started by scheduling your free initial consultation with one of our telehealth coaches. This will allow you an opportunity to share your needs, goals, and preferences with your potential future coach. If you and our coach are a good fit then you will be able to schedule your first full session with the specific coaching service you need (Dating & Relationship, Executive, or Wellness).
You and your coach will collaboratively identify and prioritize your coaching goals and arrange a session schedule according to your needs, availability, and budget. Frequency of coaching sessions can vary and be as frequent as once a week to once a quarter. Our coaches are here to actively listen to you, guide you through a solution-focused process, share education and resources, hold you accountable, and offer you opportunities to practice and master new skills.
